Townhouse

The last Addendum on the Orem Condo left us with no room to be flexible.  This townhouse was listed (as per Yahoo Real Estate) on March 9th.  We arrived to view this house at 7AM, two hours prior to the deadline for the Orem Condo.  We walked in, and felt, FINALLY, this was it.  

 

With a backyard big enough to accommodate Kali, our little Kalifornia Golden Bear, room for our BBQ, and the possibility of a vertical garden...  We fell in love!!  Though there are some things that need to be addressed with a bit of renovation.  

 

 The kitchen has a great tile on the floor, a new stove...  But, mice have run rampant through the cabinets, and even the dishwasher.  So, we will clean those cabinets to the best of our ability, paint the existing cabinets, replace the counter-top, dishwasher, hanging microwave, refrigerator, sink and faucet, and possibly add a back-splash. 

The Master Bathroom could use a little TLC, along with the Master Bedroom.  The walls are painted a yellowish color, the mirror, though huge and nice, I would like to replace with a chunky frame, replace the lights, paint the walls and cabinets, and change the hardware.  

 We are so excited, and ready to move in.  We've got lots of plans for this place, and can't wait to begin!  Hopefully, within the next few weeks, we'll be able to move in, have our stuff delivered from storage, and we'll be able to make our house a home!
